- How long will my 1SOUL order take?
- We here at 1SOULDESIGNS developed a system of “Print on Demand” where every order is printed when the order is made. Therefore it may take longer than usual online stores who reserve inventory for online orders. It usually takes 2-4 Business Days to print a order and then Shippping usually takes 3-10 Buisness days depending on your location. Time may vary for international orders.
This system allows us to not overstock and we are only successful based on how much the people demand our designs. How we believe every Brand should be.
- What is your Return Policy?
- We accept returns for store credit or exchanges, sorry but ALL SALES ARE FINAL . PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE RETURNING MERCHANDISE for a similar product of the same price or a store credit. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your goods if you plan on returning them. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. Under no circumstance will we accept returns on any item shipped more than 2 weeks earlier, no exceptions. All goods to be returned must be in the original condition, and must be unused and unwashed.
